I floated the idea of doing this with Warbirds Worldwide a while back. I even made some arrangements for financing. I got the impression that it wasn't well recieved. I don't know if there are still money issues and stuff like that that have to do with the closing of the magazine or what, but none of the people I talked to that were involved with WW seemed to think it would fly

ALL contributors to the magazine in question (let's say WW) would have a right to be contacted and an oportunity to ask for royalties. 30 plus photographers, 20 plus authors etc some of whom are dead, some of whom have moved...
