Uhh no, just the only thing that is more Canadian that ice hockey. For this one simple reason right here, Canada is the best country in the world.

Enough said.

OK, Ok, my fans, I'm back. ;)

It wasn't failing to win WIXer of the year, that kept me away, it was a holiday and some time away from base with family, followed by some major editorial work...

I'm not sure how to take mention in the same thread as P. Anderson whose marriage count outranks her neurones by some margin. As to what's great about Canada, 1 - Mrs JDK, I'd suggest. Timmys is v popular we decided because the nicotine in each Tim Horton's outranks the caffeine - Toujours Drugged, never mind frais.

However, of course this thread really needs:

Hem. Moving along...

While I was 'away' I took a few photos. Not hard in either case, but just to keep the JDK quiz alive:

What where?

What it is is obvious, but where, and what's the latest name?

You didn't have to travel too far for the first image James, The second just a little further.

Correct. The background of the first is unique because of its World Heritage listing, while the second is a very interesting mix of different public spaces.

And there's usually a better alternative than either. ;)

Oh sure, resigning your WIX historian post to "spend more time with family". Sounds like you're running for political office in the USA or maybe resigning from one. Hmm, doing "major editorial work"...is that a euphemism for a second honeymoon? Never mind, you don't have to answer that. We're just relieved someone who recognized you decided to drink milk, cast a gaze at the container and call authorities even if it was a wrinkled bag that distorted your mugshot into a circus mirror likeness of Bill Greenwood.

Aw come on! We Mustang enthusiasts can take the heat... there will always be people who want to detract and make the best look like less...
