Anyone have a copy of the maintenance book for D-3's? I'd like to have a copy on the bench before I tear down and overhaul the ones for the Fairchild. Repo and shipping costs will be covered of course.

I am pretty sure ther are no maintenance manuals for this pump.

These pumps are so sturdy , I cannot imagine one wearing out ! :D

Ofcourse new seals and some gasoline proof grease is all you need for an overhaul.

Somewhere I have an exploded view from this pump, if you want it I can scan it and send to you.

Pim: If you have an IPB, I'd love to be able to get a copy. There is an overhaul manual for the pumps, as they are made to be torn down at either the field or intermediate shop level. It won't be a big publication since the pumps are pretty simple, but it will have some needed info, such as faceplate bolt torques, wear limits and the like.

I apologize for taking so long to get back to you, but I have had to divert a significant amount of time and energy to recovering from the house being flooded a couple of weeks ago.
