I have this shot if a Stampe SV-4? at an air show in Terrell, TX @ 1987.

Anyone know the airplane?

It is (or was) SV-4C N901AC of the Fighting Air Command (FAC) based at Hartlee Field, Denton, Texas in the mid-1980s. My Dr.I Triplane replica is parked next to it in the second photo. When the FAC disbanded, it was purchased by a former member and restored - I'm not sure of its current status. It was a very nice flying aircraft and I had some interesting flights in it. Hope that helps.

I have Stampe SV4 N123BD in my hangar that came from that part of the country, it is a fairly new restoration........wonder?
