With the additions of the F8F and F7F to the Courtesy listings, I couldn't help but notice that the CAF Convair isn't listed anymore... did it get sold? Or did CAF decide to de-list it due to interest by a Wing?

I thought that Convair was a good price. It looked okay in the pictures. I never met anyone that flew them in the airlines or military that didn't absolutely love them. Hopefullty it will go to a good home and be kept on the airshow circuit.

Over the weekend I had heard that the O-2 was not sold and that it was going to Dayton with the Wright Stuff Squadron.

Right now, I'm not sure if I'm at liberty to say where the C-131 is going yet. It's not that it's a big secret, but I just don't know how the owner would like it if I mentioned it here.

Steve is right...the 0-2 is going to be assigned to the Wright Stuff Squadron. We're looking forward to them having it assigned to them.

We appreciate your need to be discrete on this.

I too hope it will be maintained in flying condition and will show up at air shows. I would love to see it make it to Thunder Over Michigan.

:D
