Yes, that does indeed appear to be a B-17B
modified with B-17C side windows and bath tub.

For us that don't know, how can you tell it's a B brought up to C standards? I thought Bs had the side blisters in stead of the flat panel waist guns. I do know the difference between a C and D, but this one has me wondering. I don't see a serial number...
