Anybody go? My father and i tired to go, but after moving one mile in three hours we decided to get out of line and go to the Mcdonalds up the road. We ended up seeing "Skyboss" do a tail hook flight with an F-18, "Jackey's Revenge" was out and flyin around too. Not to mention the giant C-5's based there. Still, were pretty upset at the fact there was a wash out yesterday, and due to that, i guess everybody tried to go today.

Yep, my son and I went today. As reported elsewhere, Kent Shockley is OK after his Shockwave Jet Truck skidded off the runway and rolled a few times.

As for warbirds, only the P-51 Glamorous Gal, P-47 Jacky C, and FG-1 Skyboss flew today. Not sure why the others didn't, but I was disappointed. The following was on static:
B-17, C-54, C-47, C-121, O-2, L-19, Stearman, Mohawk.

The weather was certainly beautiful today after Hanna got out of town!

Unfortunately, I was working in the yard all day, but on the upside, Collings B-17 kept flying over and then about 5:30 Clyman's 3 fighter's flew over on the way back to L.I. and then about 7:00pm, his C-47 and a T-6 went over.

Got a lot of stuff done at home though!

Jeez, Massachusetts isn't very lucky for jet-powered trucks. I was at the Otis ANG Airshow in 2001 when the jet-powered Lincoln Navigator rolled -- again, the driver was OK though. Glad to hear Kent is OK too.

Wait, I just saw this... Constellation? Only one I thought was flying currently was the Airline History Museum (Save-A-Connie) L-1049G? Was it that one?

Also, who's Mohawk was there? Air Heritage?
