They have one at Duxford on a launch ramp. In years past they used to chain it down & fire it up... :shock:

Yes, they have (two - one inside, another (replica?) outside), no they never 'fired it up' - not IWM policy.

We may have confused it with another (original) manned Fi 103 at the Lashenden Museum which had a burner installed, I believe, to replicate 'running'. Never saw it 'go' myself.

There's a few around in the UK, IWM Lambeth, RAF museum etc, which are originals, while most US examples on show are actually Loons.

Got to see the Buzz Bomb today. It says it's on loan from the Champion Air Group. Any idea who that is? I'll post pics of it later. I've got a 1/48 SE5 to rig by this Thursday.
