In this case, I think you need to able to be King, like a Prez but cooler - however as it's a constitutional monarchy Prime Minister might be better to aim for. That said, you might have a few other concerns, in either role.
The Norwegian aviation museum isn't going to have this at the top of their shopping list, more their swaps bag, and it's probably not worth the grief.
Pity really - claiming it's a memorial is a bit rich.
