A have gained a few new vintage photos to my collection but have only been able to upload two as of right now. In the future I have photos of the 116th Observation Squadron some I might think Jack Cook will like as they are from his home state.

Anyway here are two:

A B-10B of the 44th recon squadron seen in the Canal Zone. Back of the original photo has name of person: M/Sgt Adam Golden.


This photo states these are P-36A's. But on further studying of the photo I conclude these to be P-36C's as they have the wing guns.

Actually our only OB squadron was the 123rd of the Air Guard which flew BC-1s, O-46s and O-47s being federalized in 1940 under Lt G. Robert Dobson who is considered founder of the OR ANG.

huh? I have two photos of the 116th with O-38's and O-47s. Photo states: 116th Photo section 41st Div. A. S. Felts Field Spokane, Washington. Photo date is 1938.
