I think that the pictures below will complete the images that I have been able to locate in this gallery.I don't believe that I've already posted these here, but some are very similar to others.

As I've mentioned in other posts,I'm currently in Florida and most of my reference library is in Oregon. However,I do have a complete set of bound volumes of the superb quartely publication "Wings of Fame".I checked through them for any articles pertaining to Curtiss-Wright and P-40 production. In Volume 17,there is a brief article by Warren Thompson and John Heathcott entitled "Built in Buffalo".This six page photo gallery contains a couple of the pictures that I've posted and it credits them to Jack Kerr and states "Jack Kerr was a long-time Curtiss employee and documented much of the company's work, using 35 mm colour transparency film from 1938."

There is a picture in the article that is very similar to the one below, although the same pilots are grouped slightly differently.Using the names from the caption for the picture in the article, they should be,from left to right: Bill Webster,Bob Fausel,H.L.Hulse (with kneeboard),Herb Fisher (sitting on canopy rail),Ed Elliott (kneeling on wing) and B.T.Hulse.

Hang the Expense may be able to correct this if I made any errors.
