From the two photos I could see those were definately not Spitfire Props.

Well, the Rotol prop was wooden and the one in your picture is metal, so they're not the same.

While the hubs are similiar the Rotol prop has a completly different blade. Look at the differences at the shank, and also the radius of the blade from mid cord to the tip.

Definately not a Spitfire prop.

Chris, Canada never built a Spit, we built Hurricanes fitted with H-S propellers.

Canadian-built Hurricanes used a Ham Std prop (3-blader). There were no Canadian-built Spitfires.
