Ok three questions. Who owns the third Tigercat (not Boss man or here kitty), who are the owners of the five Bearcats, and when is the P-59 going to fly?

Joe Clark owns it, Clay Lacy was flying it & I was chief pilot strapper inner & dipstick inspection technician..

When Crash Williams was flying his TBM someone always had a
assignment of ladder operation technician so he could get up to and off the wing
BTW did anyone take some good shots of the POF P-40N in the 325th FG scheme???

Of the 3 Tigercats, ours was the only one that required a ladder in front of the wing.... Clay was the more.. er.. mature of the 3 pilots...

& climbing up the back of the wing can be an adventure depending on fuel load... especially if the tank in the nose is empty
Wouldn't be a prob if it still had 350lbs of M2's in the snout...

Two of the Bearcats are owned by the Friedkins and at least two are owned by Rod Lewis. However, I am not sure about the one with the number "8" on the cowling, but I suspect that's a Lewis machine also. Anybody know for sure?
Both engines are now installed in the P-59. Test flight scheduled for August. But of what year, I do not know

I heard it on the radio and didn't see it, but Rod Lewis' Thai Bearcat had a mechanical problem that required shutting down after landing rollout on Sunday and required towing back to the ramp. Does anybody know what the problem was?

The Bearcat with the 8 on the side belongs to a fellow out of Mesa Az, just bought it from the Air Zoo in Kalamazoo.

A couple of questions if you or anyone else knows. Is there any chance of the F9F Panther ever flying in the future (would be a great as part of an expanded Grumman show again!)? And is Ed Shipley's former Sabre being returned to flying status any time soon?
