This is the place where the majority of the warbird (aircraft that have survived military service) discussions will take place. Specialized forums may be added in the new future

As it says, be aware of the changes that go into effect on June 1.

Thanks for that, Scott.

Well, this should be very entertaining: About 400 different unknown airports affected (TSA won't publish a list), with the potential of 400 different versions of alternative plans to badges...

Who on earth thinks up this stuff?

Since the TSA hasn't released a list of affected airports, does anyone know if AOPA or EAA is creating a database of such?

I'm assuming the pilots of the 12,000+ transient aircraft making the Oshkosh pilgrimage would find such a list helpful.

Let's all at least attempt to keep this from being an overtly political finger pointing rant.

This is government at it's worst, and it seems that both parties are in on it. Pure and simple...

I'm not ranting, but they've overreached. Now they're in trouble, and they can't hide their twisted agenda for too much longer. They're done..

I found the following works on every level of politician. I first used it @ a City council meeting during 'public comments' all done very quietly and politely-

'Ladies, gentlemen I would like to thank you for the time to comment on what's just gone on here tonight. I look at you and I see seven lightbulbs, if I sense ANY of you are staring to flicker, I'll bust my rear to see you get replaced at the earliest possible moment' More than one jaw got pretty slack and a couple of them fidgeted-and a couple weren't around after the next election.

Be sure and remind ALL of your elected officials on a regular basis just who they are supposed to be working for, and it ain't the lobbists
