Weeks engine stolen

There is no worse feeling than realising you have been broken into. 2 weeks ago thieves got into my workshop and stole a small block chev race engine, a 1950,s hydroplane kiddy ride and an outboard boat motor.
They worked real hard to get all the stuff.
The police have done nothing.
I dont know how they live with themselves.
The Muslims have the right idea. Cut off their hands.

How could someone cut through the engine mount and cowling with a cutter w/o being heard?
