looking for WWII era B/W photo

I am looking for a copy of a photo that appears in the Grover Hall book "1000 Destroyed" on the 4th FG, photo is of Don Blakeslee briefing his pilots at Debden Circa 1944. Any help locating a copy is most appreciated, I think photo originally appeared in UK publication called "Illustrated"

Thats the one, any idea where I might find a copy? National Archives perhaps? Any help appreciated.
