I contacted Frank a couple of years ago about acquiring my missing books, and he sold me a few that he had left that I didn't have, and the balance (all but the Med book) I found in various places. He explained that his printer switched equipment on him, so he couldn't print the books as he had done before for a reasonable cost.
He wondered about doing them as PDFs on CD. I said that would be great, and many would buy them that way as I had the entire 4th FG operational diaries put on CD as PDF files - it was not cheap to do that, but over time I'll make a few bucks, and it's a great way to 'spread the 4th gospel'. I even volunteered to retail them for him just like I do my line of DVDs, and I never heard back ... oh well - I've got mine!

He goes above and beyond USAF Historical Study no. 85, for example, in the USAAF ETO credits volume to become the "last word" on the subject.
So, if Frank says "17.333", it's 17.333!

I agree Wade. The USAF Victory Credits on-line reflects all the updates to USAF 85 - some of which are due to Frank's presentation of the proof.
I have a couple that I have submitted based on LW aircraft destroyed by mid air collision with 355th ships that are evidenced only by the LW KUJ reports.
