Since nobody else seems to be responding to this,I'll post a few pages from the flight manual.Unfortunately,it's the NATOPS manual,which is great for training purposes,but not anywhere as good as the pre-NATOPS flight manuals when it comes to interior pictures.That said,these might be of some use

This is the servicing diagram,which shows the crew positions

Hmmm,
Somewhere in my box of pics is a shot of the Col. in that cockpit I think.
No inside shots though.
I always looked at that thing like it wasnt right, after flying in 136788 for so many times.

The center pedistal in that airplane had a tatch in the back and you could swing it up to get in and out of the seats easier. I'm pretty sure the cowl flap and oil cooler door switches were overhead too.
