It's funny to hear the account of when they sent the actor who played bill garneer to the airport dressed in his period correct WWII era 101st airborne uniform. The jetway opens and the real wild bill and babe get off the plane and makes a b line for the door saying I need a smoke and a piss. The actor was having a hard time keeping up with them. And then wild bill started hitting on woman!! It's a funny story. One of my favorite quotes from Ron Livingston who played Lewis Nixon was"I was studying how they carried themselves and I'll say this. They carried themselves like god damned men".

There really isn't a dedicated site that has this type of information.
I will try to post notification of as many as I can and ones that are open to the public.
They are all slowing down and the last 7 years has been quite a ride for all of them.
