For my 1,600 post, what aviation related presents did everyone get for Chritsmas? I treated myself to the book "H-e-l-l Hawks".

My fiancé bought me a new diecast plane for my collection. She likes when I get examples that we have seen together. She bought me the F-105 "Memphis Belle II".

We got a print of Wade Meyers' beautiful Temporary Reprieve. Thanks, again, Wade! And Santa brought us Mickey, our new German Shepherd puppy. She counts because she spent time guarding the VFM hangar before we adopted her.

Dr Space
The Candy Bombers
The Making Of The Atomic Bomb

A folder of *stuff* about the Spitfire & Hurricane that contains a few posters & copies of WWII documents about them.

That is a great book Mark. The stands the US destroyers made against a far superior force of Japanese ships is about as heroic as they come. I sent my book off to the author and he signed it for me.
