Greetings all,
did any night fighter ever have combat in night against US airplane? I know that US have very limited night operations and hard that any fight could happen but maybe there is some exception.
Cheers

I recall reading an experience recounted by a Me 110 pilot who shot down a B-17 that was on night ops (carpetbagger?).
Or are you thinking about Luftwaffe nightfighter vs USAAF nightfighter?

I presume the question relates to the Me 262 night fighter type as per the headline? It needs a bit of clarification - not surprising when writing in a language not one's own!
