Static Me262 SOLD!

Messerschmitt Me262 "Gelbe 5" has been sold and will soon be on museum display. This is a static example from Legend Flyers and has authentic gun bays and 24 rockets. Are you at liberty to disclose where it will be going?

Nice to see that it was sold, but it's too bad that it will be static. Shame that more people and organizations are taking more of an interest in flying these.

Evergreen Museum is the proud new home for the Me262. First pieces of the plane have shipped and the rest will be there soon. Visitors should be able to sit in the 262 for photo opportunties. We will post more on the www.spiritofflight.com website soon.
