Such a cool, cool holiday -- one that reminds us to stop and give thanks for what we have ...... and if we have nothing else, we at least live in the greatest country the world has ever seen. Freedom rocks! :rock:

One of things I'm really thankful for is Cajuns. Well, I mean, that's just a given, but in this case I'm talking about them inventing deep fried turkey. :supz: Really turned the eatin' part of the holiday around for me, as one of the few who rather detests baked poultry.
