southern air is still in business, they fly 747's into afghanistan all the time.

It's not the same airline that it was in the 80s. It's no longer de-facto CIA airlines.

I was part of a detachment from CTW-5 (and CTW-4) that operated T-34C's (around 20 of them) out of Las Cruces (LRU) from September until late November. However, the paint scheme doesn't match. We were all orange and white.
