In the spirit of giving, I spent yesterday afternoon helping my twin nephews build a 1/48 Corsair; I decided today to give them some of the leftover unbuilts from my stillborn Pearl Harbor movie project, plus an Israeli Mirage kit that's been gathering dust for decades. The 1/32nd Dauntless and 1/48 Raiden are coming home with me, however...

. I'd like to bring home my built 1/72 A-12 Shrike, Betty and C-46, but need to figure out how to pack them safely. Any suggestions?

Chris,
P.M. sent regarding packing your built models.
I'm glad to see you sharing model building with your nephews.

I picked up a Corsair Flight Manual today so I should be ready for my ride in a few weeks....

The book "Wings of Morning" by Thomas Childers ... the story of the last bomber shot down in the ETO (B-24). I'm about a third into it so far and am amazed at the level of detail presented and its novelesque style.
