Since people seem to think that the off-topic section is for political discussion, something that is frowned upon, I have temporarily closed the section. ANY political discussions in any other forum will be deleted and the user suspended. I have had it with the politically motivated comments.

Is there a PHP Blog engine that is free and has a simple user interface so that the client can compose and add posts easily? It also needs to be easy to redesign(CSS, HTML). Any help will be highly appreciated.

Try Wordpress - I'm redesigning my site away from flash and this seems to be easy. Main issue is deciding on a theme, the more I look the harder it becomes to make my mind up.

Wordpress is Great! it is fairly easy and straight forward to change the themes or modify them. It really is an incredible tool.
