Yeah, starting July 5th, around here tradition mandates that all fireworks expended on July 4th in Western Washington MUST be lit under an umbrella!!! Lighting a 2 inch mortar under an umbrella is a true ballet- :shock: :lol: :lol:

For what it's worth, the folks at Clay Lacy Aviation just confirmed to me that the B-17F is still in their hangar and that it will go to the Museum of Flight for outdoor display on July 1. Plans are not yet made as to whether it will come back to Clay Lacy for storage, but someone familiar with the museum plans told me it would go back into indefinite storage somewhere.
