Katrina damage, USS Alabama

Looking at the list on the USS Alabama I was wondering how they will try and correct that. I guess they could dredge out below the Alabama on the starboard side to counter the list.

naturally the homeless & suffering come first but....... when the storm area & fema gets it's crap together we all should be digging into our pockets for the museum's / military history's sake. regards, tom

She's sitting inside a cofferdam that is 15-20 ft deep. Gonna be tough to dredge, there's not a lot of clearance between the ship and the walls on the starboard side.

Look at the waterline on the YF-17 ! Seaweed hanging out of the YF-12 engine bays ! What a shame ! :cry:

The P-51 (44-74216-"Derailer") has a helo on top of it. I wonder what condition the Corsair and Kingfisher are in?
