Stunt pilot crashes into a river in poland

just watched a post on NBC's site.seems an aerobatic pilot crashed into a river in poland and was killed.looked like a pitts. bummer.

No need to investigate, NBC said it was spewing smoke, what else would make a "stunt" plane crash?

i noticed black smoke, which i would presume to be engine trouble, & white stunt smoke. a real sad incident.
