LION AIR of Indonesia has ordered 230 aircraft from Boeing including 201 737-MAX for $21.7 Billion dollars. This order eclipses the EMERATES order from last week as the biggest single customer order ever for Boeing and solidly makes the MAX a serious player.
More info-LION also optioned 150 additional MAXs-the other 29 aircraft in today order are 737 ER models so either 800 or 900's
SINGAPORE ordered 8 more 777-300ER's
