Need some info on a P-36

Any idea what the markings are on this P-36? Specifically the Badge?

Hi Seafury1
The emblem is of the Air Corps Technical School at Chanute Field.
Since it looks like it is a flyer instead of Class 26 instructional airframe I would say that it is being used by the rated pilots of the staff for their flight pay time

Looks to be U.S. Army Air Forces Technical Training Command

Badge is a Golden Urn with three white plumes on a blue background. Motto is "Sustineo Alas" or "Keep 'em Flying"
