I'm surprised Invader26 hasn't posted this here.
Steve Searle, owner of the Wirraway Aviation Museum, passed away after a battle with cancer yesterday.
http://www.pprune.org/dg-p-general-avia ... earle.htmlIt's a pity Jack Cook doesn't post here anymore, as I'm sure he would've liked to have been informed. Steve bought the B-25 "Super Rabbit" a while back, but I believe it hasn't left the US yet. I wonder what will happen to the rest of the collection.

Just a note to let all that are concerned... that 'Super Rabbit' is now at the 'Oklahoma Museum of Flying' in Bethany, Oklahoma (OKC area) and is in good hands. Full restoration is under way as I write this (Feb 1, 2013) and she will take to the skies again.
