Can anyone give details about the markings? I've got a pretty extensive library but I don't have much on the A-36.

Thanks Dan. A friend of mine had sent me that a few days ago. I had read it a few times to understand that Lt Waterman survived, captured, a POW, repatriated.....and then killed in a plane crash after the war. At least that is the way I read it.
