Hey Dave, How was the airshow in Waukegan on Saturday? Was there a good turnout? Mother nature made sure the weather cooperated.

Hi Pat, it was a great show and the weather certainly cooperated. I think this year will have set a record attendance. The Snowbirds did a fantastic job and kept airplanes in front of the crowd during their show. Sounds like you missed it?

It definitely was a great time! First time seeing the Snowbirds, and they were fantastic!

I had to work. What planes from the WHF were flying in the show?

Hi Pat,
Our F86 flew in from Moline before the show started and then parked in the static display area. We did not fly any of our birds this year in the show. It was a full show with a Heritage flight, Legacy flight and the great show by the Snowbirds.

Two F-18's did a low pass over my house on Sunday. I assume they were leaving the area headed elsewhere.
