I think you're better off calling him on the phone if possible. That was the tip that I got from someone else when I dealt with Jay, I called and got an immediate answer and quick service.

Just got a bunch of gear from Jay. Fantastic guy to deal with. He took a few days to respond to the email and it was with a phone call. Make sure he has your number.

Thanks for your answers. It's a good news.
The problem with the phone.... is that I am not as comfortable than in writing :D and if I want to receive the thing wanted... I think it's better with an email.
