Relatively speaking, if it we're a P-38 or a Corsair... she'd be a great starting point for a restoration project! Static or flyable! Lets hope she either gets refurbished where she is, or is removed and brought someplace to where she'll get the attention she deserves.

Yes. Look at old deralic planes in a harsh climate, every thing has color shifted a bit -- especially if they are decals. I would imagine they have been subjected to a lot of blowing dust and sand.
