So if they shut down all radar and you don't have the equipment how will ATC know if you fly through class a,b or c? pop2

Don't ask/don't tell is an approved government solution :lol:

Since the NSA and other governmental agencies can track and listen to our cell phones why should we have to spend all this extra money for this stuff, just make sure to take your cell phone. :supz:

As a 65 year old pilot flying a seventy year old airplane I can see implementation of this working almost as well as Affordable Health Care..a.k.a. Obamacare. :axe:

We've also, thus far, evaded solar flares with enough magnitude to disrupt GPS satellites but there was ample concern this past summer and in previous years.

Imagine the fun when everyone's GPS craps out in a particular region and there's no radar coverage.

In the old days a pilot had to imbibe massive quantities of liquid courage :drink3: or get checked out in an F-117 to become invisible. My, how things have changed.

Sequestration stopped airshows so I had to go back to floor shows.
