What is the definitive book on the Avro Vulcan?

If you could recommend one book, and one book only, on the subject of the Avro Vulcan... what would it be?

I'd try this one.
I haven't read it (so please be skeptical of my recommendation :) ) but Crowood books are usually very good (I have several)....like Scott Thompson's Douglas Invader book..

I have fallen in love with the Vulcan. We are lucky enough to have one at Castle. I knew very little about them. I did a few Open Cockpit Days in it and I had a ton of questions. There are things in it that I'd never seen before. I contacted a couple of the Vulcan crews in England, and they couldn't have been nicer. They answered every question and are extremely proud of their aircraft. Their are things about it that are just so (insert accent here) "British". If a medium range nuclear bomber could raise it's pinkie, the Vulcan would.
