EDIT - I just read through the museums Facebook page, it looks like the project may be stalled. They aren't saying much of anything.

I'm getting the impression there may be some issues that need to be addressed at the Alberta Aviation Museum. I had the pleasure of visiting this facilities in 2011 hope they can still make these projects happen. However have friends in Miramichi who were not happy about the Lanc leaving NB. Surely with all the talented ex-Air Force types in NB it could have at least stayed in that province. Does this mean there may be some hope for them?
