May 16th is the 30th anniversary of "Top Gun". To celebrate, the "USA Today" did a piece on the 30 best quotes from the film. Enjoy.

Thirty years on, Maverick would be an old retired guy... I wonder if he made captain? :)

The film was a good move for Cruise....made him a star.
And it proves men have a longer shelf life in Hollywood than women...whatever happened to Kelly McGillis?
I recall reading at the time Anthony Edwards was not a fan..calling it "jingoistic".

That's show biz....
