The last two images look like French-designed/built Morane Saulnier MS 406 fighters. The other Bf-109s are likely Bf 109E-1 and E-3 models, the first order delivered on April 14, 1939 and the second early in 1940, according to The Warplanes of the Third Reich by William Green.
