A story on the initial painting of our new Mk XII Hurricane was published this morning, but there was nothing AF about it.

Alright, you got me with this one earlier on book of face.
I did a couple searches looking for info on that but kept getting refereed to an F-18 variant.

I made this years ago in response to a post of a fictitious aircraft that had me searching the google. Glad I was finally able to pay it forward :)

I can't believe the Canadians omitted Gordon Lightfoot...aka the male Anne Murray.
Wait, no Alan Thicke...?
No Tim Horton? Gordy Howe?

I like the Shatner Airbus...
Aside from bacon ("Canadian"/back bacon), the hammy actor is perhaps Canada's best known export.

The tail art program looks like something they just might do.

Also, I'm looking forward to reading about the use of Budd Conestogas in Newfoundland. No doubt, part of the FEW Line.

I do love the VWoC Apr1 efforts, they do such a brilliant job!

The Air Force Museum of New Zealand resurrected a classic Kiwi pre-Photoshop Photoshop (which is an RNZAF Official image!) for this year's post:
ImageHevon by Zac Yates, on Flickr

For those playing at home, the back half of the Hevon survived the experiment and continues to fly as a Harvard warbird (in NZ for several years but now in Australia).

So, are they giants in the back or little people up front?
At any rate, it looks like those old American railway cars if the '50s with their observation decks.
