In K5083 post there is a Beech D18S taking off, it's flying over also? Cool if it is, according to Wiki it has 1200 mile range, I'm sure the fuel stop legs are much shorter, Should have went to England this year instead of last year, still had a good time.

No, I think that is the camera plane for the photo shoot they were taking off for. The Beech is N42C registered to Stage One Associates of Oxford CT. The guys inside certainly seemed determined to capture every moment of the flight.

Oxford is pretty close to Duxford, isn't it August?
Nice photos.
I won't be there, but this journey is epic in my opinion. Too bad more of the original participants won't be able to join in.

Historic Flight Foundation's "Pan Am", "Flabob Express" & "D-Day Doll" all made the crossing from Iceland today, and all 3 now at Prestwick in Scotland.
Can't see any further movements of anything still at Goose or either of the Greenland airports, or "Spirit of Benovia" which still appears to be at Reykjavik, Iceland.
