Hi all, as I sort through the backlog of e-mails and images submitted to the registry I will be posting the updates in the this thread.

First off...

Note the neatly faired-over nose turret and tail number repeated under the wing - looks like it spent its days as a crew trainer; odd field code "141" on the nose - anyone know where this one was based during the war?

Scott - did you get the B-45 update I sent?

everyone likes to dig on Air Classics but the "Warbird Report" and the "For the Wreckord" were my favorite articles. there's no doubt the magazine played a huge role in creating interest and saving so many of these old relics. Many more would have been scrapped.

Yes I did and thank you that was great. I'm trying to catch up with things after being down for 6 weeks (and I had a huge backlog before the computer died.)
I will try to update that section soon.
