What is this book? A glider school yearbook? The photos appear to be on photo paper.
I've subsequently found out this was a cigarette promotional book from around 1935.

Is that Herman G. in the top photo?
If it's a signed autograph, I would expect the book has quite a value.
I think histories on aviation training programs from the war are underrepresented...so it might be interim to read...if you can read German.
