Yeah, that's a bad pic. His not on the centerline, and he's gonna do the amphib pilot's second biggest mistake (Waaayy better than the biggest mistake, o'course.)

Nah, nice pic.

You sure seem to enjoy standing in front of low passing airplanes, don't you?

Actually those pictures were taken when I worked in Breckenridge, TX. Definitely not much to do there.....other than play with cool airplanes.

Yeah, the head on shots were a passing fad I went through. I just got bored with the same ol' shots and wanted to try something different (at least for me).

I'll see if I can muster up any of my other pictures sometime later to put on this forum. I just don't want to hijack the whole website with silly pictures from my collection. They're nowhere near as cool as some of the reeeeaaaalllly old ones that folks put on here.

When surfing for the type, this is what I came up with awhile ago, when one over flew my parents house, in Iowa.
I have no idea whos it was, but it was overall bare metal, just like the one in the picture.

Hey Gary,
Is that Rob Carlson's airplane N7026Y or something like that?

I had flown in that airplane a while ago. Looks like it .

The Albatross in the head on photo is Glenn Hyde out of the Northwest Regional Airport, just north of Dallas. I, of course, took the photo at Breckenridge when I worked there.
