Does anyone know when the first Oscar reproduction is supposed to fly?

I have my finger on the pulse of this project. A couple friends have helped with different aspects of the project and I hope they email me when the first flight happens. Sounds like the first flight will be secret date/time. Then future flights might be published/announced.
Will post as soon as I hear something.
