Are you sure it's a photo-recon B-24?
I thought it was a C-109 Tansport.

I'm not sure what model it is. It looked like it had a photo recon type window in the nose so I made a guess. But I just found a picture in a old Wings magazine of a RAF advanced high priority transport Liberator VII that had a window like that in a solid nose.
