For those who may not have seen this yet on Friday the 10th of Sept the "Saviour of Ceylon" passed away in Kingston Ontario. Here is a link to the newspaper article.

Thanks for posting that. It's a chapter in history that even most Canadians with some knowledge of WWII are not aware of. Let us hope his story is not lost.
