Just noticed the thread, and I am sad to hear that the airplane was involved in an accident, although knowing that the pilot is OK, is good news.

Well, heck...no wonder the thing quit flying...there was this big spinny thing in front of the air intake!

Numerous times around here, we've had the extremely rare B-17 fighter appear, thanks to similar media geniouses (genii?).
